I bring over 20 years of experience working across charity, founder-led and regulated environments. Having worked at EA level alongside founders and CEOs, I understand priorities from the inside and can work in close partnership with senior leaders from day one.
I now work on a fractional basis, providing the experience and capacity needed, without the commitment of a permanent hire. It is significantly more cost-effective and lower risk.
